Patrick Hudelot - Organic Burgundy Wine

Visit of the Domain Patrick Hudelot during a wine tasting tour. They are located in Burgundy at Villars-Fontaine, Hautes-Côtes de Nuit and produced Burgundy wine. After a generation of chemistry the domain was converted in organic farming and the wish to pass in biodynamic agriculture is felt... Wines evolve towards more of mineralité while preserving some fruit for the pleasure of the palace!!!!
